When I was child, my best entertainment was playing with paitings and pencils, but also I imagined that I was a Doctor. This two hobbies made me very happy, but this was very complicated when I chose my university career, so my options were: Design, at the Universidad Catolica or Biotechnology Engineering at the Universidad de Chile. I entered Design, but I regretted it, because if I study this, I would never see "Biology" again, and this is my passion. At the moment ob appliying to university, for the second time, I was very nervious, but finally I decided for Biochemistry at the Universidad de Chile. My career at the first years, it's very boring and stressing, but when I finish, the job will be so interesting, like investigating disases, this really motivates me. And now, I'm here, with online classes, its so boring, but I need to learn.

Autobiography My name is Valentina Abarca, I was born in Rancagua, on 13th of March 2001. I lived with my grandpharents all my childhood, and I came to the "Colegio Coya", in Machali, it was very beautiful and big, with a lot of green. In the school, I did a lot of sports, like cheearleader, athletism, volleyball and handball. When I grew up i found my two biggest hobbies: drawing and biology; and when everybody asked me "what will you do in all your life?", I answerd it was very difficult for me. My first option for the University was Design, at "Universidad Catolica", but I had second thoghts and I took the second choice, Biochemistry in the "Universidad de Chile", and now im here.
